Ninja Turtle Treat Box
First I used a file from svg cutting files http://svgcuttingfiles.com/catalog.php?item=1175 I cut it at H-9.700-W-6.685 the size I needed for the gummy pizza candy I put in the box. Then for the sides I cut 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch red squares for the sides of box it took 6 squares on each side and back. Then I cut the turtle in the color blue my son said blue he was the leader so blue it is lol. If you would like the file for the Ninja Turtle its a (SILHOUETTE FILE) drop me an email and follow my blog and I will email you the file. cnh062579@yahoo.com

Tim Holtz inspired tag
Looking over at Tim's Blog for the Sept. 2012 tag i want to do this i love the look of a metal backgroud on my tags so i came up with this tag. I used metal foil tape and cut pieces in different sizes to layer on my tag. Then i used my stylus to make round inprints along the edges of the tape where it over laped each other. Then i used some alcohol ink in colors gold, cloudy blue and slate all over the tag i also rubbed in some dark grey acrylic pain on the embossed areas to make the stand out more, then i used snow cap pigment by ranger i rubbed it all over the tag to give a white smokey affect and yes pigment ink will stick to metal tag if you heat set it. I also went around the edges with some black pigment ink. Then i added some of Tim's metal embellishment to the tag to make it look like a metal door.

My version of the first tag from the 12 tags of Christmas
I cut 2 tags from the Tim Holtz tag die one out of chipboard and one out of light blue textured cardstock. Then i used the cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder on the blue tag then glued to the chipboard tag added some white ink over the top of the snowflakes. I cut the word noel and the greenery and the little banners form sure cuts a lot. The pinecones i got at Hobby Lobby in the christmas section the were on stems with the red berry stamens i cut them off the stem and glued them down then add the red stamens and some green stamens i had and i added some paper flowers i made. The tag string it made of muslin i tore into strips and inked with the new Tim Holts seasonal distress ink.
